He helped start The Point Supply Company at the age of just 21 years old; a company that is still in business today, nearly 30 years later. He also owns TCW Contracting, LLC. Through the years, he has also done work in marketing, consulting, and sales in a variety of business opportunities.
 
Thomas accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior in June 1996 and was baptized in May of 2000. He is currently a member of NACM, (National Association of Christian Ministers); through which he received his Certificate of Ordination in March of 2011. During his time as a member of the NACM, Thomas has participated in the mentorship program. A few other programs Thomas has been a part of are: Alpha Course – Highland Church (Assembly of God), Evangelism Explosion - Highland Church, Summit Growth Track – Christian Lighthouse.
